Royal Rajasthan Tour’s & Travels provides commercial cab and tour services primarily within Rajasthan. Interstate travel may be provided where legally permitted and mutually agreed upon at the time of booking.
Our services are strictly limited to transportation and travel assistance as confirmed during booking.
2. Tourist Destinations & Routes
We provide travel services only to destinations, routes, and itineraries that are confirmed at the time of booking or officially listed on our website or shared by our team.
Any changes or additional destinations requested by the customer may be subject to availability and extra charges.
3. Entry Fees, Parking & Toll Charges
All expenses related to:
- Monument or tourist attraction entry fees
- Parking charges
- Toll taxes
- Local permits (if applicable)
are not included in the cab or tour fare and must be paid directly by the customer unless explicitly mentioned in the booking confirmation.
4. Vehicles & Driver Compliance
All vehicles operated by Royal Rajasthan Tour’s & Travels:
- Are registered as commercial vehicles
- Carry valid insurance, permits, and fitness certificates
- Are driven by licensed drivers holding valid commercial driving licenses
We comply with all applicable transport laws and regulations of the State of Rajasthan.
5. Hotels, Shopping & Food Stops
Royal Rajasthan Tour’s & Travels does not promote, recommend, or force any specific:
- Hotels or accommodations
- Shopping outlets
- Restaurants or food joints
Any such choices are entirely at the discretion of the customer. Our responsibility is limited to transportation only. Any dispute, loss, or dissatisfaction arising from third-party establishments is strictly between the customer and the respective service provider.
6. Pricing & Payments
All official prices are communicated via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or booking confirmation.
- Any discounts are valid only if confirmed directly by Royal Rajasthan Tour’s & Travels
- Prices quoted by third parties or unauthorized agents will not be accepted
- Final charges depend on route, duration, vehicle type, and agreed terms
7. Customer Data & Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal details such as phone number, email address, or ID proof are:
- Used only for booking and service purposes
- Never shared with private third parties
Information may be disclosed only if required by government authorities for legal or public safety reasons, in compliance with the law.
